That and Starbucks was downstairs and you had to have an escort to go down and then back up. The only other flaw I had was the one restaurant where you had to pick and choose items and their was no prices so you had no idea how much you were spending and Guy Feri's restaurant had the longest wait and was so small. Loved the valet service because of my handicapped mother. I will say the pool was fantastic and the pool bar had a great bartender who knew what he was doing. Some of the staff had attitudes so it was hard to ask for help especially at the casino. They don't give enough bags for your dirty towels. The cleaning staff doesn't enter your room while you are out so it doesn't get cleaned and we couldn't find a place to take our garbage. One if you go with your kids you have to have a security escort to whatever restaurant you want to go to because they are all on the casino floor which was a disappointment. While it's a beautiful place and the spa was fantastic there were alot of let downs. Just got back from staying here with my teenage son, mom and brother and was sorta let down.
